Job Description:
The Emergency Screener will work collaboratively with coworkers and agency staff to effectively communicate and problem solve. Key responsibilities include providing appropriate referral and linkage when indicated, developing and implementing alternative treatment plans, consulting with psychiatrist and E.R. doctor regarding client disposition, and completing Authorization for Police Transport form (when appropriate), Screening Document and appropriate clinical instruments.
