Program Overview :
While all Acenda team members are active participants in the quality assurance and improvement cycle, Acenda's Quality, Compliance & Risk (QCR) Department is tasked with the formal day-to-day responsibilities of providing oversight of performance improvement initiatives, promoting consistent high-quality services across the agency, ensuring healthcare compliance, and aligning accreditation efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
Job Overview : This position will offer an understanding of how to develop and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives; promote healthcare compliance; and balance risk mitigation strategies
- Spear-head the agency's record review process, including initiation, data collection, data analysis, and dissemination of outcomes.
- Audit electronic health records, review administrative processes, and analyze data and interventions for quality improvement activities.
- Gather data and compile various utilization and quality improvement reports.
- Spear-head the agency's client satisfaction survey process, including initiation, data collection, data analysis, and dissemination of outcomes.
- Supports external reviews of programs and develop and implement Corrective Action Plans.
- Participate in the Electronic Health Record Support Team.
- Support the documentation and investigation of internal client and staff concerns.
- Provide staff training and technical assistance.
- Other duties as assigned
