Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Community Manager to oversee the operations of our residential community. The Community Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the property, maintaining positive relationships with residents, and managing administrative tasks. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the residential community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting unit inspections and managing security deposit returns
- Maintain accurate records of resident information, lease agreements, work orders, and other relevant documentation
- Oversee the collection of rent payments and ensure timely processing
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address repair and maintenance needs promptly
- Enforce community rules and regulations to maintain a safe and harmonious living environment
- Stay updated on Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance in all interactions with residents
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of real estate administrative procedures and practices
- Proficiency in using property management software such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and OneSite
- Excellent conflict management skills to effectively resolve disputes between residents or with external parties
- Familiarity with legal administrative processes related to leasing contracts and eviction procedures
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills to provide excellent service to residents
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
