What you will be doing
- Prepare apartments for new move ins and complete make-ready process of vacant apartments
- Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas, including snow, bulk trash and debris removal when needed
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment
- Required to take emergency pager / phone after hours and responds to emergency calls on a rotating schedule
