Part-time Bilingual (Spanish) Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Bilingual (Spanish) Leasing Consultant to work Wednesdays and Saturdays at our property.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding their ideal rental property and ensuring a smooth leasing process. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic field of property management and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Duties:

- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide detailed information about available units

- Assist prospective tenants with the application process, including collecting necessary documents and conducting background checks

- Respond to inquiries from current and prospective tenants regarding leasing terms, rental rates, and property amenities

- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate records

- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure timely move-ins and lease renewals

- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any maintenance or repair issues reported by tenants

- Conduct market research to stay updated on rental trends and competitor pricing - Assist with marketing efforts, including creating online listings and organizing open houses or promotional events

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales or property leasing is preferred

- Knowledge of property maintenance and facilities management is a plus

- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable lease terms for both the tenant and the landlord

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with tenants

- Proficient in data entry and comfortable working with leasing software such as OneSite or similar platforms

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
