What You’ll Do
- Program Coordination: Plan and manage logistics for social initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to bring programs to life, fostering a culture of shared responsibility and achievement.
- Community Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison with community partners, vendors, and stakeholders, cultivating relationships that amplify our efforts.
- Data-Driven Impact: Develop detailed reports and presentations to track program progress, outcomes, and key metrics for stakeholders.
- Research & Strategy: Stay ahead of emerging trends in social responsibility and ESG, bringing fresh ideas and insights to our programs.
- Communication: Create compelling materials and strategies to promote our initiatives both internally and externally.
- Evaluation: Support the monitoring and assessment of program performance, ensuring alignment with ESG standards and objectives.
What You’ll Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in program coordination, ESG, real estate, education, or related roles.
- Language Skills: Fluency or working professional knowledge of Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Flexibility: Availability for occasional site visits to properties on evenings and weekends.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational and project management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Knowledge: Understanding of ESG frameworks and social impact metrics is a plus.
- Mindset: A proactive, collaborative attitude with a deep passion for social responsibility and community engagement.
