Acequia Lofts is a modern, community-centered apartment community in the heart of Santa Fe. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive team member. Position Overview:
In your role, you will provide support with leasing, resident relations, and office operations, while also leading efforts to cultivate a vibrant resident community through events and marketing. You will play a key role in helping both prospective and current residents feel supported, welcome, and at home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing, Office Operations & Resident Support.
- Support the Property Manager with daily office tasks, organization, and filing, answering phones, scheduling and guiding future resident property tours.
- Use RealPage software to screen applicants, generate leases, process rent payments, and manage resident accounts.
- Help manage access systems including Swiftlane, AmazonHUB, and Keyscan.
- Be on-call periodically for lockouts or on-site emergencies.
- Approve utility invoices and ensure resident charges are accurate.
- Cover office hours on Saturdays.
Community Engagement & Marketing
- Foster a welcoming and connected community among residents by encouraging positive neighbor interactions.
- Plan and host monthly resident events that bring people together.
- Collaborate on or lead the monthly community newsletter featuring property updates, event reminders, and happenings around Santa Fe.
We Are Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with basic property management software (experience with RealPage is a plus).
- Interest in community-building and event planning.
- Reliability and willingness to be on-call as needed.
- Previous leasing, hospitality, or customer service experience is a bonus.

Pay: $19.89 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
