What You Will Do
- Participate in the planning, design, and deployment of ERP solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues, utilizing tools like Sequel, Zen14 DBMS, SQL, and Crystal Reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify system improvements, and implement solutions.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend optimization strategies to improve efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, implement updates or patches, and coordinate with vendors for enhancements and technical support.
- Develop user manuals and training materials; conduct training sessions for end-users and team members.
- Provide database system support for the financial team for tracking financial payments, assist with the development and management of the database of financial documents.
- Provide technical support for customized reports, dashboard development, metrics support, including dashboard, and charts, as well as other specialized reports.
- Implement business intelligence solutions using tools like Cognos to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure ERP systems adhere to company policies and industry regulations, implementing security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Maintain scheduling activities for supply chain tasks to align with production planning and quoting timelines.
Who You Are
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with in a manufacturing environment and ERP systems.
- Proven track record in ERP implementation and support.
- Familiarity with ERP modules related to finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge and understanding of core supply chain principles.
- Experience in demand creation within an ERP system.
- Basic fundamentals of production scheduling.
- Understanding of functions related to procurement and materials management.
- Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of email, MS Office, and similar software.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for database management and development.
- Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Cognos.
