What You Will Do
Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates across various time zones and platforms (virtual and in-person).Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth flow of information.Assist in maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by offering exceptional customer service.Support the preparation of recruitment materials, such as job descriptions, interview feedback, and offer letters.Coordinate recruitment events, such as job fairs, campus visits, and virtual recruiting sessions.Assist with onboarding for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.Track and report on recruitment metrics to help identify areas of improvement in the hiring process.Help maintain the company’s internal and external recruitment communications to ensure consistency and clarity.Who You Are
Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, administrative, or similar role.Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.Knowledge of basic HR and recruiting metrics.Preferred
Experience with social media recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, or Glassdoor.Knowledge of recruitment processes and labor laws.Skills and Competencies
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a positive attitude.Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite : Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to organize documents, track data, and generate reports,Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software (e.g., Google Calendar, Zoom, etc.).Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.A team player who is comfortable working with hiring managers and candidates at all levels.Acero Precision is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer .
