What you'll do:
- Prepare food from scratch by following our recipes to produce consistent results.
- Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, frills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain a clean working environment.
- Demonstrate composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Have flexibility in working weekends and occasional holidays.
- Maintain a willingness to step in as needed to ensure the restaurant's smooth and efficient operation.
