Entry-Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage with residential customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Attend daily meetings to enhance your knowledge of AT&T's products, enabling you to educate customers, answer their questions, and provide tailored solutions.
- Promote AT&T's residential packages and services to meet client sales targets.
- Communicate with upper management and the compliance team to ensure proper protocols are followed when working with customers and clients.
Entry Level Sales Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service or sales experience; prior experience in hospitality, retail sales, or related fields is a plus.
- Solution-oriented mindset, adaptable to changing customer and business needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
