The Regional Director is responsible for driving performance and ensuring operational excellence across their assigned region by delivering results against ACES’ Purpose and Growth Potential Plan (PGP) and related Top 10 key performance indicators (KPIs – see Performance Measures). To earn the right to achieve those, they focus on safety, compliance and the highest quality services. The Regional Director excels in turning data into action, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that regional goals are met. Known for their hands-on leadership, they foster accountability within their teams and provide clear direction to overcome challenges and deliver measurable results. Job Responsibilities
Essential job responsibilities of the Regional Director include, but are not limited to:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Performance and KPI Management
- Monitor and drive progress against KPIs, including:
- Number of Behavior Interventionists (BIs) and Supervisors in service.
- Prescription fulfillment percentage.
- Hours per client, per BI, and per BCBA per week.
- Number of clients being served and new clients with comprehensive authorizations.
- Percentage of hours in center and daily hours served.
- Analyze data regularly to identify trends, address challenges, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Operational Oversight
- Ensure that services are delivered in compliance with company standards, payer requirements, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with scheduling and operations teams to optimize staff utilization and maximize service hours.
- Partner with the Senior Regional Director to address operational inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions.
- Clinical and Service Management
- Support efforts to achieve optimal client outcomes, ensuring prescription fulfillment and the delivery of prescribed service hours.
- Partner with clinical teams to expand services for new and existing clients, focusing on comprehensive authorizations and center-based hours.
- Strategic Collaboration and Reporting
- Work closely with the Senior Regional Director to align regional activities with overall organizational goals.
- Provide regular reports on KPI performance, including actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that drive regional success.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s or BCBA preferred).
- 5 years of experience in ABA services or a related field, with 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven ability to analyze and act on data to achieve organizational goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with multi-site operations and staff management preferred.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
- Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift/move up to 10 pounds.
- May include, without limitation, the following physical demands: sitting, typing and viewing a screen(s) for long periods of time.
