Home Improvement Account Associate Responsibilities:
- Inform and demonstrate our products/services to customers to ensure we find the best home improvement solutions to meet their needs
- Problem-solve any of the customer's questions or concerns with our client's products/services and promotions provided through the retail stores
- Collaborate with the team to drive sales lead goals and hold each other accountable for personal growth as well
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and ensuring proper communication with customers and the team
- Input all customer information and home improvement service into our system for the sales team to review and set appointments
- Ensure every customer is greeted with a smile and treated respectfully
- High School diploma or GED
- One year of customer service experience, home improvement background, or any sales experience is ideal
- Effective and friendly communication for building customer relationships and expanding our client's consumer base through retail stores
- Eagerness to drive sales and to problem-solve with the team and independently
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Strong communication and consultative selling abilities
