ACES is seeking Human Capital Managers to support DoD CIO. Work requires ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE on 5 Year Contract that just stared in Oct with on-site office in the Mark Center . Work involves providing technical advice and guidance on an array of Cyber Excepted Service (CES) related Civil Service matters for DoD Component leaders, HR offices, and the general workforce. QUALIFICATIONS
- Clearance : Active Secret
- Education / Experience : Masters degree in field related to tasking with 15 Years of relevant experience
- Technical : 7 years of federal HR experience (preferably with DoD), demonstrating expertise in recruitment and staffing to support personnel system management and oversight of the CES . In-depth knowledge of Title 5, Title 10, and Department of Defense personnel policies.
- Experience as a civilian GS / GG-0201 in Recruitment and Staffing is crucial for this role.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to represent the interests and positions of DoD CIO. Advanced MS Word and PowerPoint skills; proficient Excel and Outlook application skills
