Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and educating clients about our wide range of cannabis products. Your expertise will help customers make informed decisions, ensuring they have a positive experience in our dispensary.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide them with personalized service.
• Educate customers about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, medicinal benefits and concentrates.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor area, ensuring all products are well-stocked, and displayed.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Upsell additional products to maximize sales opportunities.

Skills

• Retail sales experience, particularly in the cannabis industry
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and handling transactions accurately.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and managing inventory.
• Effective communication skills to convey product knowledge clearly to customers.
• Experience in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Competence in managing stock levels and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 29 per week
