Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH, for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff schedules, and maintaining inventory. Additional duties include coordinating events, handling customer inquiries, and assisting in marketing and promotional activities. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to achieve business goals and enhance the overall guest experience.
