Summary

The Implementation Specialist provides support to the Implementation Director and Sr. Implementation Specialist to properly implement the ACES quality management system. This includes but is not limited to mapping out a unique workflow, configuring of the ACES system, development and execution of project plans, training on system features and successful onboarding.

The Implementation Specialist interacts with business partners and internal ACES personnel, as needed, for special projects and technology initiatives.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

  • Assists external clients in the implementation of ACES
  • Provides training and support both during and after the implementation phase
  • Leads client implementations with involvement of Sr. Implementation Specialist or Implementation Director
  • Executes on delivery of Implementation Plans
  • Assists Implementation Team with various tasks regarding all implementations
  • Work with internal business partners to develop enhancements to the ACES system and troubleshoot potential bugs.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask

  • Maintain proficient knowledge of standard mortgage operating procedures and knowledge of standard banking and credit union operating procedures
  • Results oriented, adaptable and comfortable with change based on business
  • Analytical skills required, including excellent attention to detail, with ability to exercise prudent judgment to provide practical solutions and prioritize a diverse workload with time-sensitive regulatory deadlines

  • Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner

Required Education And Experience

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited university/college in a related field preferred, but will accept comparable work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of mortgage origination, servicing, or consumer banking experience required
  • 1-3 years experience in ACES as an administrator/reporting role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Automated Compliance and Evaluation System (ACES™) required
  • Strong knowledge of SAP’s Business Objects required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Working knowledge of Black Knight’s Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP™), Encompass® Loan Origination System, and/or a primary core banking software required
  • Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
  • Demonstrative technology learning agility/tech savvy required

Travel Required

0%-5% travel. Potential travel includes MBA or other industry conferences, ACES Quality Management sponsored functions such as the ACES Power User Summit where warranted
