Responsibilities
- Edit all organization content, including emails, newsletters, social media posts, conference materials, website copy, and advertising.
- Copy edits and proofread materials for spelling, punctuation, grammar, formatting, and clarity in accordance with the ACES Style Guide.
- Identify and communicate content edits and queries clearly and concisely.
- Manage the editorial process for Tracking Changes , including design, article generation and selection, coordination with contributors and proofreaders, and final content review.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and team members to produce high quality targeted content.
- Maintain and update the ACES Style Guide to ensure consistency across all communications, in coordination with the Communications and Marketing Manager.
