Compensation Package
">A competitive compensation package, consisting of a base salary ranging from $83,000 to $90,000 annually, is available to the successful candidate. In addition, up to $10,000 in sign-on, retention, relocation bonuses can be tailored to your location and our business needs.
Key Responsibilities
">This role requires the design, development, and implementation of customized ABA programs to meet the unique needs of each child. Collaboration with families and fellow clinicians is essential to ensure the highest quality of care and support. You will also lead and guide Behavior Technicians to deliver exceptional direct services and utilize cutting-edge data collection software to evaluate and update client progress reports.
