Electrical Contracting Experience: Prior experience as a Project Manager or Estimator for an electrical contractor is highly preferred.

Sales Potential: While direct business development experience is not required, candidates should have the personality and aptitude to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and secure profitable projects.

Collaboration: Experience working closely with internal teams, including field crews, estimators, and other project stakeholders, to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
