Our Client is Looking for "Sr Service Now Developer"
This position will support the TLM / IT Asset End-of-Life program to improvement the overall proactive management of Enterprise Technology obsolescent IT assets. This position will report to the ITAM Program Manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day decommissioning administrative activities, monitoring, and reporting
Required skills :
- ServiceNow - IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, CMDB, Application Portfolio Management
- ServiceNow Reporting & VividCharts
- Perform data analysis and reporting while supporting larger IT asset management and technology lifecycle management program
- Analyze IT Asset data across multiple systems and process to ensure data accuracy and completeness in system of record (ServiceNow).
- Ability to follow up and escalate tasks to ensure decommissions performed within SLA
- Identify process improvement areas
