Role: Oracle OTM Consultant
Location: Chicago, IL – Fully Onsite from day 1
Long Term Contract – W2 & C2C
Requirement & Responsibilities:
Overall IT experience: 10 Years
· Must have at least 2 to 3 OTM implementations / rollouts and support experience
· Experience of configuration of agent workflow, screen sets configurations, menu management, user profile creation, XML profiles and other OTM Technical aspects.
· Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and report development will be added advantage
· Strong functional experience and requirement gathering skills.
· Good understanding and experience in implementing OTM functionality, particularly in the areas of Order Management, Planning and Execution, and Freight Settlement.
· Must have experience of 3PL/4PL or freight forwarding business is an added advantage.
· Ability to interact at all levels of clients’ organizations.
· Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· 3 years of experience with OTM customer onboarding
· Experience with EDI is a plus.
· Experience of production support on-premises on OTM cloud
· Knowledgeable of Java Spring Boot technology is ideal.
· Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
· Experience managing team size of 4-5 would be a plus.
· Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
