Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring high standards of patient care are maintained.
- Implement policies and procedures that comply with OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
- Lead and mentor staff, promoting professional development and teamwork.
- Conduct regular reviews of documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor patient observation protocols to enhance safety and care quality.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans for patients.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy, microbiology, and MDS (Minimum Data Set) to inform clinical decisions.
- Manage acute care situations effectively, ensuring timely interventions when necessary.
- Foster relationships with external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing healthcare teams.
- In-depth knowledge of critical care practices and patient observation techniques.
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in documentation review processes to ensure accuracy in patient records.

- Experience in assisted living or acute care settings is preferred.
