Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the facility, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance personnel, providing training and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas requiring repair or improvement.
- Manage HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized services and repairs.
- Develop and implement maintenance management strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Fabricate components as necessary to support facility operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment status.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
Skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficient in industrial maintenance practices, including electrical and mechanical systems.
- Solid understanding of facilities management principles and best practices.
- Knowledgeable in HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting issues.

Pay: $63,643.00 - $78,000.00 per year
