Facilities Manager Healthcare

Job Summary
The Facilities Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance and operations of our facilities. This position is responsible for ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently and safely, while also managing a team of maintenance staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, engineering knowledge, and a comprehensive understanding of facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the facility, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance personnel, providing training and support as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas requiring repair or improvement.
• Manage HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized services and repairs.
• Develop and implement maintenance management strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Fabricate components as necessary to support facility operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment status.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.

Skills

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficient in industrial maintenance practices, including electrical and mechanical systems.
• Solid understanding of facilities management principles and best practices.
• Knowledgeable in HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting issues.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,643.00 - $78,000.00 per year
