Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for every guest, assisting them with their needs, and ensuring smooth internal operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Inspect rooms and common areas, and enforce rules
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Cross-train other departments including breakfast and laundry
- Assist managers with daily duties
- Support your team
- Work to ensure every stay is a GREAT stay!
Qualifications:

- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
