Client Services Associate - Temp Consultant (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do :
- Client Interaction : Gather information on potential customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and account management.
- Compliance Champion : Play a key role in mitigating compliance-related issues and conducting periodic account reviews (PARs) as directed by Compliance.
- Customer Support : Address customer inquiries regarding accounts, products, and wire transfers with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Transaction Handling : Process customer instructions for FX transactions and respond to questions on DDA / MMA & Time Deposit accounts, including rate quotations.
