Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and verbal skills in Mandarin.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk, System Administration (Windows/Linux), or Cybersecurity.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity, networking, IT operations, and system troubleshooting.
• Comfortable with system updates outside of business hours.
• Must have a laptop with Windows 10 installed for VPN and remote desktop connections.
