Strategic Planning and Project Management Specialist Consultant TEMP (Hybrid)
Located in Manhattan
Key Responsibilities :
Enhance Project Management Program : Lead the development and optimization of the project management program, covering all aspects from identification and risk assessment to planning, implementation, and budgeting for strategically significant projects.
Develop Strategic Planning Policies and Procedures : Create and implement comprehensive policies and procedures for strategic planning, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and accountability across the organization.
Assist in Developing the 2025 Strategy : Collaborate with leadership to help shape and fine-tune the branch's 2025 strategic plan, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and vision.
Monitor Strategic Plan Progress : Design processes and metrics to track the bank's progress in achieving the goals and objectives laid out in the Strategic Plan, ensuring consistent performance evaluation and reporting.
Work Schedule :
- This position offers a temporary hybrid work schedule , requiring you to work onsite at least 3 days per week, with flexibility based on arrangements with your supervisor.
- Ability to work fully onsite when required for project needs.
- The Bank does not provide laptop. Please ensure consultant has a Windows 10 installed laptop for VPN connection and Remote Desktop.
