Requirements:
Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience/Skill Requirements: Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
Working Conditions:
Working conditions may include exposure to confidential information, sitting for long periods of time at computer, receiving and returning phone calls, filing, lifting up to 20 pounds, walking between buildings, and driving to other office locations.

Key Expectations/Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Manage the Residential Program Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, memos, and other written materials.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems, ensuring compliance with confidentiality requirements.
- Log and track the Director’s mileage and expense receipts, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information related to clients and employees with the highest level of discretion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Track deadlines, follow up on key action items, and help manage ongoing projects.
- Support the Director in organizing priorities, ensuring efficiency in daily operations.
- Assist in developing and maintaining effective administrative processes.
- Support leadership in organizing and gathering client data through the electronic client portal, Evolv.
- Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and requests.
- Facilitate communication between the Residential Program Director and staff.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and distribute action items post-meeting.
- Support in organizing team events, training sessions, and special projects.
- Responsible for ordering supplies, as needed.
