Duties and Responsibilities:
- Above all else, providing excellent customer service
- Primarily handling closing shifts in Chesterfield and Shelby (12 pm to 7 pm) including basic store duties
- Uphold all policies and procedures
- Store Manager sets store goals and leads by example to exceed the goal.
- Responsible for helping the store manager keep the store fully operational at all times (i.e. organization, maintenance, etc.).
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
