Achieva Credit Union is hiring for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the team! This position will be onsite at our corporate office in Dunedin, FL.

Handles all related matters with the highest level of professionalism, courteousness and a positive attitude. Presents a professional image of the credit union to members, guests, co-workers, supervisors, vendors, etc. Exercises complete confidentiality and sound judgment.

Key Result Areas:
- Enhance the efficiency of executive team members via proactive and insightful administrative support. Responsible for researching and assembling data for reports, projects, presentations, and committee and Board assignments. Analyze, summarize, and communicate information in a professional manner for presentation to the Board of Directors, executives, and senior management.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare calendars and agendas, record minutes for Committee meetings, reserve and prepare facilities.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and document and identify items that require immediate attention of executives. Respond to incoming mail and other materials not requiring the attention of executives.
- Coordinate and arrange all facets of Board meetings under the direction of the CEO including preparing board packages, organizing meeting, and recording minutes. Reserve and prepare facilities to include meals as needed. Also arrange and execute Board planning sessions, special Board meetings, and Board dinners.
- Develop and maintain a filing system to ensure documents are properly filed and protected. Ensure business and operational reports, forms, and other documentation are readily available. Maintain corporate records, including but not limited to board minute books, bylaws, budgets, and policies. Review minutes to ensure compliance with bylaws and develop appropriate resolutions for board action.
- Coordinate board travel arrangements as approved by the President/CEO or Board of Directors
- Liaison with internal and external contacts.
- Provide systems and technical support as well as complete assignments for the Board of Directors
- Perform other essential job functions as required or assigned.
- Act as backup to Administrative Assistant
- Complete monthly executive corporate credit card reconciliations.
- Oversee check out/in process for company cars and ensure regular maintenance of vehicles.
- Place, manage and fulfill supply orders for executives and other areas as assigned.
- Manage beverage and food Market services for corporate office. Manage corporate coffee & tea services.
- Process invoices for payment in adherence with documented processes and guidelines and vendor agreements.
- Coordinate use of corporate office by the community for meetings and event.

- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 year of administrative support experience for C-level executives
Required Skills:
- High degree of discretion when handling confidential projects
- Ability to effectively engage with Board members, C-level executives, and other high-profile audiences with finesse, diplomacy, and professionalism
- Able to pivot and re-set priorities at a moment’s notice
- Intermediate computer skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working in Adobe Acrobat including editing useful
