Senior Insurance Agency Producer - Property & Casualty

Summary The Agency Producer position is responsible for outstanding customer service related to existing and new customers. This position actively seeks new business from existing customers and new business lead generation opportunities. Position Duties & Responsibilities Develop and qualify leads to drive additional sales opportunities through follow-up calling, networking and other lead generation opportunities. Work with management and team members to meet and exceed production goals. Initiate quotes when policies need to be written or upgraded. Cross-sell insurance to existing policyholders. Review a customer’s policy and be able endorse or write a policy that needs to be initiated or upgraded. Fulfill all policy requirements. Maximize growth and client retention through superior customer service. Provide excellent customer service, including answering calls, managing complaints, and responding to customer inquiries. Provide customers with detailed information about policies and products, recommending available products based on client needs. Create new insurance policies for clients, collecting all necessary information and filling out all the required paperwork. Respond to client and insurance carrier emails promptly and professionally. Perform various clerical tasks in the office including but not limited to answering phones, typing up documents and Maintain and manage client files, including renewals, as directed within our AMS system. Invoice transactions accurately, including new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and audits using AMS. Required Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, or equivalent is preferred but not required 7+ year’s insurance sales and customer service experience Active Florida Insurance License (220) Required Skills & Attributes Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask.
