Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Assist with office management duties, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Handle scheduling and appointment management for client/staff members.
- Support medical tasks when required, including patient check-ins and record management.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with receptionist duties is a plus.
- Proficiency in office management practices and procedures.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
