We currently specialize in early intensive behavior intervention with children working in home, community, and clinic-based settings. This is a great time to join our rapidly growing team of ABA professionals!
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Official Transcripts
- Ability to repeatedly lift 35 lbs.
- Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings and provide/obtain immunizations including TB, and drug testing
- Reliable transportation, proof of valid California driver's license, safe driving record, proper auto insurance and vehicle registration
- Received COVID-19 vaccination or in the process of receiving the vaccination. Request for an accommodation will be accepted
Our Behavior Technicians are trained to provide and implement behavioral programming catering to the individual needs of children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, or other developmental disabilities. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will assist in data collection for assessments, implement intervention activities according to the intervention plan provided by your supervisor, demonstrate behavior analytic principles under the guidance of supervision with children and families, and monitor behavioral progress
