What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor position at Achieve Behavioral Health?
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision for therapists providing psychotherapy services
- Co-sign progress notes and Treatment Plans for all supervisees requiring co-signature
- Availability for consultation with clinicians as needed to provide further clinical support and guidance
- Using available data and clinical metrics in supervision to guide discussion and conversation with the clinician
- Crisis supervision and support as needed for addressing clinically urgent or crisis situations
- Reviewing productivity, completion of record-keeping, and attendance of clinician at clinic, and related issues
A Clinical Supervisor should:
- Have at least 3 years experience supervising clinicians
- Be supportive, patient, and a positive person
- Function well as part of a dynamic team
- Licensed PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMHC
