Our client, a famous real estate developer, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Head of Retail Leasing.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Supervise a team or mentor colleagues in implementing leasing strategies.
- Source and connect with potential tenants through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Negotiate lease terms for both new agreements and renewals.
- Finalize lease contracts and other related leasing documentation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed on real estate trends.
- Develop leasing strategies based on market insights to attract and retain tenants.
- Manage tenant relationships and address leasing and occupancy-related matters.
- Evaluate and recommend tenant positioning and mix for both new and existing properties.
- Prepare annual property budgets and forecasts.
- Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in retail leasing.
- Proven success in marketing and leasing retail properties.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate market trends and leasing best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
- Location : Based on Project
- Working days : based on Project
- Salary : S$13,000 and Bonus
