We offer multi-disciplinary services including speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, behavior therapy, and music therapy services. Our focus is on family-centered services and interventions that enhance motor skills, behavior, and development.
Role Description
Full-time and part-time positions available. The role involves working collaboratively with children birth-18 years old and their families to provide speech therapy services. Responsibilities include assessing and treating communication disorders, language disorders, dysphagia, and other speech-related issues.
Qualifications
- Speech Therapy and Speech skills
- Experience in treating Communication and Language Disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Clinical certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and treat children with varying speech and language abilities
- Provide families with carry-over activities and progress updates
- Manage caseloads, including timely re-evaluations, plan of care updates, and adhering to insurance authorization deadlines
- Collaborate with the OT/PT/ABA/MT team to ensure optimal outcomes
- Experience and/or interest with AAC and feeding therapy a plus
- Utilize evidence-based interventions and strength-based approaches
