Job Description

- Greet patients
- Answer phones
- Contact newly referred patients to schedule
- Verify current personal and financial information
- Book appointments
- Collect co-pays/patient balances
- Communicate effectively with treating therapists, billing office, and benefits/auth specialists
- Balance end of day deposits
- File and perform any other duties assigned
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year of previous medical front office experience
- Excellent telephone skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Team player attitude, energetic, with a focus on excellent customer service
- Flexibility with hours
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Organization and ability to multi-task
- Compensation of $15 to $17 hourly
