We are looking for highly skilled, responsible, multi-taskers to join our team of Receptionists. Reception applicants must be available on weekends, as needed.

Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
- Answering high volume telephones
- Assisting incoming visitors and callers with a variety of needs
- Greeting employees, visitors and vendors in a welcoming manner
- General clerical duties such as copying, filing, scanning, etc.
- Labeling resident personal clothing
- Various other responsibilities to be discussed at the time of interview
Requirements:
- Positive, friendly and professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume, high traffic setting
- Availability on weekends is REQUIRED of all applicant
