Hours would be Monday-Friday, Split Shift 6 : 30a-10a and 1p-4 : 15p

What Youll Do :
The Achieve Driver - DOT will operate buses and / or vans owned and leased by Achieve to provide transportation to and from the Achieve Services program as well as other community integration and employment sites. The Achieve Driver DOT may also drive trucks to pick up and / or deliver products to Achieve and / or companies.

Responsibility for Public Contact :
The Achieve Services Driver-DOT will have frequent contact with program participants, family members, guardians, and residential staff as well as members of the general public.
Character and Scope of Supervision :
None
Education and Experience Needed :
Valid drivers license for driving the small buses and trucks. Must have DOT Physical and / or be able to pass DOT physical within 1 month of hire. Experience with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
Time to Train :
Orientation includes at least 30 hours of training specific to the position. Ongoing yearly training is offered to all employees. Required hours depend on previous experience in the field.
