About the Role :
Achieve is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retention Specialist to join our Customer Success Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background or experience in customer retention, collections and sales. In your role as a Retentions Specialist you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and maintaining their satisfaction, while using effective retention strategies to maximize revenue growth.
