Achieve offers live, online instruction, 1-on-1 tutoring and mentoring, and flexible course schedules that empower non-traditional college students to test out of college credits and earn higher level professional licenses.

Achieve Test Prep is seeking an eLearning Substitute Social Science Instructor to prepare customers to test out of the traditional 3 credit Social Science courses, pass their CLEP and DSST exams, and help them stay motivated on their journey to earn their college degrees.
Job Responsibilities
- Tech lessons when main instructors are not available
- Present lessons in a manner that aids understanding and engagement
- Motivate customers to succeed
- Collaborate with other instructors and team members and participate in meetings
- Follow customers' journeys and inform the eLearning team of noteworthy observations
- Provide one-on-one tutoring for customers
- Perform other eLearning-related tasks

Requirements and skills Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role Proficiency in using help desk software, remote support tools, and a comprehensive understanding of CRM systems, especially Salesforce Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Multi-tasking abilities Patience in handling challenging cases and a commitment to maintaining high Net Promoter Scores and Customer Satisfaction Scores Proven ability to efficiently resolve customer queries within the shortest possible time Familiarity with the US education system is a distinct advantage Familiarity with setting educational goals and achievements is a distinct advantage
