Full Time, Wage $16.50-17.75 / hr

The Behavior Specialist Technician is responsible for performing various tasks related to behavior support including implementation, tracking, and training. Behavior Specialist Technician responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Provide direct support modeling strategies used in behavior plans
- Review and summarize data on behavior plans and monitoring plans
- Report directly to the appropriate behavior specialist regarding individuals on caseload
- Maintain tracking for caseload
- Attend Lifeplan / PPT meetings and present information regarding behavior / symptom tracking
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Provide trainings and offer staff support
- Assist in developing / running groups
- Complete observations
- Complete fidelity checks / FAST forms
- Attend and participate in medication management appointments
