Behavior Specialist Technician
Full Time, Wage $16.50-17.75 / hr

The Behavior Specialist Technician is responsible for performing various tasks related to behavior support including implementation, tracking, and training. Behavior Specialist Technician responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Provide direct support modeling strategies used in behavior plans
- Review and summarize data on behavior plans and monitoring plans
- Report directly to the appropriate behavior specialist regarding individuals on caseload
- Maintain tracking for caseload
- Attend Lifeplan / PPT meetings and present information regarding behavior / symptom tracking
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Provide trainings and offer staff support
- Assist in developing / running groups
- Complete observations
- Complete fidelity checks / FAST forms
- Attend and participate in medication management appointments

Reports any concerns to Manager immediately. Maintains good attendance to ensure demands of department are met.Be computer literate with knowledge in agency operating systems and applicable software required for department needs.Demonstrate sound judgment in normal work and emergency situations.Must physically be able to perform required certifications and lift 50 poundsQUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum of a 2-year degree in psychology OR related field. Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience working with mental health is preferred.Possess a valid driver's license record that meets the agency's insurance carrier guidelinesCovid-19 Vaccine OR a valid medical or religious exemptionWhat we offer :
