The opportunity:

We are looking for a talented, data-driven and entrepreneurial Growth Marketing Manager to join our Achieve Personal Loans team. You will drive marketing strategy and execution to test and scale Direct to consumer and Affiliate marketing channels for our personal loans business. This is a cross functional role at the intersection of customer acquisition and product marketing.

The right candidate is a self-starter who is highly entrepreneurial, has proven experience in growth/performance marketing, and thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

This role will be collaborating with a team that is primarily based on the west coast.

Your responsibilities and focus area:

  • Lead the development of channel growth strategies in collaboration with Performance Marketing and Affiliate/Partnership teams.
  • Develop channel growth hypotheses to reach the right audience and efficiently convert high value prospects at scale.
  • Collaborate with channel managers on strategy, planning, and execution of growth initiatives. Oversee modeling, forecasting, and growth scenario planning.
  • Closely monitor and guide performance across owned & operated and paid marketing channels (SEM, Social, Affiliates, SEO, Website, Email/SMS etc.)
  • Track acquisition channels against business targets/KPIs and share actionable insights including targeting/bidding strategy and funnel optimizations.
  • Partner with the digital product team to engage and convert traffic as efficiently as possible (e.g., landing page testing, personalization, etc.)
  • Support cross-sell and monetization initiatives.
  • Work with data and analytics teams to deliver measurement/attribution and provide deeper insights for better decision making


About you:

  • You are strategic, have a bias towards action and are a self starter.
  • Team player - you can collaborate effectively across functions and inspire action by driving strong alignment and coordination
  • You are data driven, adept at mining data for hidden insights and drive curiosity around the “why” behind the “what”.
  • You are hungry, want to take risks and learn by doing!


Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience in growth marketing/acquisition preferably in fintech or lending or where you have been responsible for at least an 8 figure P&L and marketing ROI.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful growth marketing programs
  • You are a full funnel growth marketer and have experience building and scaling growth programs across a range of marketing acquisition channels.
  • Proven experience scaling a business via partners/affiliates and/or on platforms such as Paid Social, Search, and Display.
  • Deep understanding of marketing operations and technology
  • Hands on with data and analysis of funnel engagement and multichannel campaign performance. Advanced knowledge of Google sheets and comfort with SQL/GBQ.
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A natural collaborator. You thrive in cross functional environments and can lead via influence to drive strong business outcomes.

Salary Range: $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year plus bonus and benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
