Job Description
As a Loan Consultant on our Achieve Accelerated Loan team, helping existing clients get approved for our Loan, which will allow them to accelerate their debt resolution program. The client will then be able to have their enrolled accounts resolved faster to improve their credit. This is a loan only available for existing clients who may qualify.

Start Date: April 7, 2025
Shift(s): Monday-Friday
Total Compensation: $80,000 to $120,000 annually benefits. This information represents the expected on-target earnings for this role broken down into an hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions and incentives.
What You’ll Do
Meet or exceed all monthly schedule adherence and utilization requirements
Make a high volume (100 ) of outbound calls to warm leads.
Deliver a persuasive consultation to clients on how the Consolidation Plus loan can assist them in graduating from their debt settlement program at an accelerated rate.
Use Salesforce to track and manage leads; leads pipeline will consist of approx. 200 leads and new leads will be generated weekly based on production.
