About the Agency :
About Achievement Behavior Care (ABC) Services : ABC Services is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy agency providing personalized home-based direct services to students with the diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are seeking an experienced ABA Behavior Technician to join our network of ABA professionals. This BT must be available to provide cumulatively 30 hours of ABA services to a student between the hours of 4PM and 9 : 00PM Monday through Friday and on Saturday and Sunday 10-7pm.
Behavior Technician Tasks :
In this role, you will work directly with a child in their home. A board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) will over the case. The BCBA develops a treatment plan with specific treatment goals that individualized to that child. You will follow and collect data on these goals using an app
- Measure, assess, and document skill acquisition of student's progress on the Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP)
- 1 : 1 Goal-oriented, in home, direct service work with a student involving implmentation of ABA approaches including but not limited to discrete trial teaching, prompting, modeling, redirection, reinforcements, and reward-systems.
- Thorough and comprehensive session-to-session documentation, data analyisis, and billing.
- Actively engaging with clinical direction and professional feedback from BCBA supervisor(s)
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with clients or students, caregivers, supervisors, and coworkers
