Achievement Behavior Care Services is an applied behavior analytics (ABA) service agency that works to provide home-based behavioral support services for students and families across New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. We are seeking compassionate individuals who are dedicated to making an impact on children with autism and their families. Our Behavior Technicians (BTs) are part of a network of caring professionals who are invested in helping each other toward being successful in this mission. All of our services are supervised under the guidance of one of our many esteemed Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBA).
ABA DSP Experience and / or Active RBT Certification is a plus (we will pay the fees if you're not certified and pass the RBT exam)
case 1 Location : Kearny NJ
Schedule : Mon - Fri 4 : 30 - 7 : 30 / 8 : 30 (2-3 hr sessions) Schedule can be split between 2 BTs
case 2 Location : Kearny NJ
Schedule : Friday 4 : 30 - 6 : 30; Saturday 2 hour sessions flexible
We have several cases in
Hudson County in Bayonne, Hoboken, and Kearny. We have cases in
Union County seeking bilingual Spanish speaking and English-only speaking BTs in Plainfield; We also have cases in
Essex County in West Caldwell; We also have cases in Bergen ,
Passaic, Morris, Warren, Sussex, Middlesex, Somerset, and Ocean, Atlantic, and Mercer County each with their own schedule, with after school hours, and / or weekends . Please check Indeed for additional job posts in these other areas, or let us know a specific county that interests you.
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
- Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
