Position : IBHS Care Coordinator
Type : Part-Time (20-25 hours a week)

Position Description :
The IBHS Care Coordinator provides administrative functions primarily to support the Intensive Behavioral Health Services in the Warren office. This position plays an integral role in helping families access and continue community-based behavioral healthcare for children, including compliance with all required timelines for submitting documentation to secure needed authorizations for treatment. This individual must have a positive, helpful attitude with a cooperative approach to problem-solving. The successful applicant serves as the "face" of the ACLH Warren office, creating a warm, welcoming and supportive experience for all who call or visit the office. It is crucial to provide great customer service, trauma-informed consideration, and to represent the agency with a high regard for the mission of ACLH. The Care Coordinator reports directly to the Senior Regional Director.
