Achievement Rehabilitation is a dynamic and growing therapist-owned company that provides outpatient Speech, Occupational, Physical and Behavioral therapy. We are currently seeking a part time receptionist with a willingness to work a flexible schedule. This position will be located in our Inverness location and has the potential of turning into a full time position with proven work ethic and facility growth. The hours for this position are stated below.
Our perfect candidate enjoys working with people, possesses excellent communication and time management skills and is capable of working independently in a fast paced setting. This is an entry level, patient facing position.

Some responsibilities of this position will include:
- Patient communication and support, both over the phone and in-person.
- Collecting & entering copays
- Data entry (such as scanning, faxing and filing)
- Light scheduling
- Tracking patient attendance and other information on a daily basis
- Willingness to learn and provide support to all administrative positions as needed
- Coverage for other team members (may include Crystal River) as needed
Knowledge of computers is required. Knowledge of Google Suite is preferred.
Our office hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00am until 6:00pm and 8:00am until 5:00pm on Friday. Hours during the holidays or emergency closures may vary to accommodate our patients schedules. Candidate must be available to cover as needed, have reliable transportation and be willing to commute or adjust schedules at a moment's notice. The typical schedule for this position will be 1:00pm - 6:00pm (or last patient) Monday through Thursday and 1:00pm - 5:00pm (or last patient) on Friday.
