Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA to join our team. As a Behavioral Care Manager, you will be responsible for treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments, and team meetings. You will have the opportunity to focus entirely on clinical excellence while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.
- Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
- Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
- Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
- Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.
